Who we are
Hashe Site Health is a website audit and reporting product operated by Hashe Computer Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. The service helps users review website health signals such as SEO basics, speed, PageSpeed/Lighthouse data, security headers, SSL, DNS, email trust, browser rendering, technology signals, and saved report history.
What the service provides
The service generates technical website scans and reports based on the data available at the time of the scan. A report may include scores, warnings, recommendations, screenshots, PageSpeed results, detected technologies, DNS and SSL checks, and other technical evidence. Reports are informational and should be used as a decision-support tool, not as a guarantee of website performance, ranking, security, legal compliance, or commercial results.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share account access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or billing rules. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support as soon as possible.
Free scans and usage limits
Free and paid plans may include limits for monthly URL scans, tracked domains, saved reports, PDF exports, AI recommendations, branding, team seats, and other features. Viewing saved reports does not consume new scan credits. Running a fresh scan consumes scan credit. We may apply fair-use controls to prevent abuse, automated overload, or activity that harms the service or third-party websites.
Subscriptions and Paddle billing
Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, invoices, receipts, subscription management, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and buyer support. Before purchase, users should review the plan price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy. Charges may appear with Paddle or Paddle-related wording on the buyer's payment statement.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or previously saved reports unless a separate deletion request is made and accepted. If you cancel, access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or handled differently by Paddle checkout or subscription management.
Acceptable use
You must not use Hashe Site Health to attack, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt websites or systems. You must not attempt to bypass scan limits, access another user's data, reverse-engineer protected parts of the service, upload harmful files, submit unlawful content, or use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity.
Website ownership and permissions
You should only scan websites that you own, manage, have permission to audit, or are otherwise legally allowed to review. Publicly accessible web pages may be scanned, but you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful and does not violate third-party rights or policies.
Report accuracy and availability
Website conditions can change after a scan is completed. DNS, SSL, PageSpeed, third-party scripts, hosting, security headers, and page content may change at any time. We may improve scoring, checks, report layout, plan rules, and product features over time. We do not guarantee that the service will identify every issue or that every recommendation will apply to every website.
Intellectual property
The Hashe Site Health application, interface, scoring logic, report layouts, software, branding, and related materials belong to Hashe Computer Solutions or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the URLs, websites, content, and account information you submit. You may use generated reports for your own business review, client communication, or internal technical work according to your active plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashe Computer Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service, website scan results, missed issues, third-party provider failures, payment-provider actions, or business decisions made based on a report.
Email communications
By creating an account or using Site Health Engine, you agree that we may send service-related emails, including account verification, password reset, scan status, billing, payment, subscription, security, legal, and important service notices. These messages are part of operating the service and may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing emails.
We may also send product updates, feature announcements, founder pricing notices, offers, promotions, and marketing emails from time to time where permitted by law. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe or opt-out option where required. Opting out of marketing emails will not stop important account, billing, security, legal, or service emails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product, billing model, legal requirements, or provider relationships change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
